FOUNDATIONAL LEARNING
Daily remedial learning blocks inside government schools, grouping children by competency level instead of grade. Delivered by trained facilitators drawn from the same village.
CHILD NUTRITION
Supplementary meals, monthly growth monitoring and caregiver counselling delivered through existing Anganwadi centres and a network of community kitchens.
WOMEN'S LIVELIHOOD
Self-help group formation, enterprise skills and bank credit linkage — so that women can start and hold on to a small business without falling back on informal lenders.

Founded in a single village
Started as an evening study centre for 40 children in one village in Sehore district, run by four volunteers out of a borrowed room.
Registered and first grant
Registered as a society, received 12A and 80G certification, and won the first institutional grant to expand to 12 villages.
Nutrition programme launched
Extended into child nutrition after baseline data showed that learning gains were being held back by stunting in the under-six age group.
First government MoU
Signed a three-year agreement with the state education directorate to run remedial learning inside 42 government schools.
Nine states, published outcomes
Reached 126 villages across nine states and committed to publishing third-party endline assessments for every programme.

A deliberately slow, evidence-led programme cycle — we would rather do one district properly than ten districts badly.

LISTEN & BASELINE
Six to eight weeks in the community before any programme design, followed by a measured baseline assessment.
